At the Alpine-Monaro Health Centre® a variety of treatment techniques are available to assist and empower patients to make lifestyle choices and achieve optimal health.

Treatments

Mental Health education and counselling, stress management, EMDR, relaxation therapy, clinical hypnosis, pain management, treatment of acute & chronic pain, functional electro SCENAR therapy for pain and functionality, diabetes education and prevention, weight loss and continence management.
